Quote Runner turns the quote requests in your inbox into quotes in your ERP or CRM, staged for your approval. It reads the request, finds the customer and the parts, and puts a quote in front of you. Nothing is priced into your system or sent to the customer until you approve it. Find it under Tactics → Quote Runner.

When it runs

Every time an email that reads as a quote request arrives in your connected inbox. There is no Run now button. Your inbox must be connected, and your workspace needs an ERP or CRM connected under Integrations for the quote to have somewhere to go.

What it does with a request

1

Reads the request

Pulls the line items out of the email, an attached drawing, or a scanned RFQ.
2

Finds the customer and parts

Matches the sender to an account and each line to a part in your catalog. A line it cannot match is staged flagged, never guessed.
3

Stages it for you

The quote appears on the Quotes tab for you to edit, Approve or Reject. Approving writes it into the system you chose.

Settings

If nothing is connected yet the section reads Nowhere to send quotes yet with a Go to Integrations button. Pricing rules and field mappings are set up on the ERP connection itself, not here; see Quotes.

What you get

  • Quotes: the review table. Each staged quote says AI prepared this for your review. Approve to send to your ERP. Edit lines, then Approve or Reject. If the connection is not ready to write, approved quotes stay here until an admin finishes the setup.
  • Activity: every request it read, with the customer, the number of lines and the outcome, such as Staged a quote for your approval, 3 lines or Nothing to quote here. Open a run to read what it did and jump to the quote.
Quote Runner never emails the customer. The reply, if any, is yours to write.
