Logs is the record of what happened: every conversation your team and your AI agents have had, plus the behind-the-scenes AI activity that produced your drafts. When you need to see exactly what was said or what the AI did, this is where you look. Find it under Observe → Logs in the sidebar.

What’s in Logs

The page is organized into tabs: Click any row to open its detail in a side panel: the full message, the participants, and the outcome.

AI Learning

Every time the AI drafts a reply and you edit it before sending, Emanate measures the difference: did you make it shorter, warmer, more specific, change the sign-off? The AI Learning tab surfaces those differences and the quality trend over time. It’s how the email agent learns to sound more like you, and it’s a useful place to check whether the drafts are getting closer to send-ready. Narrow Logs by time range, participant, inbox, or outcome to find the interaction you’re after. Use the search box to jump to a specific person or subject.

Logs vs Intelligence

Logs is for reading individual interactions in full. When you want to summarize or analyze across many of them (“show me every unanswered thread last week”), ask Intelligence. It reads the same history and gives you an answer instead of a list.
