Opportunities is your sales pipeline, the deals you’re actively working, tracked by stage on a board from first conversation to close. It’s the place to answer “what’s in flight, and what needs a push?” Open Opportunities in the sidebar.

The board

Opportunities are laid out as columns, one per pipeline stage, with each deal a card you can move across as it progresses.
  • Drag to advance: move a deal from one stage to the next as it develops.
  • See value and timing: each card shows the deal value and expected close date.
  • Filter: by account, stage, owner, or value, to focus on the slice you care about.
  • Open the detail: click a card for the full picture: the account, the value, the stage history, and the people involved.

The buying committee

A deal is rarely one person. Attach the relevant contacts to an opportunity to track who on the buying committee is involved (the champion, the economic buyer, the blocker) so nothing about the deal lives only in one rep’s head.

Tied to accounts

Every opportunity belongs to an account, so pipeline activity rolls up to the company it belongs to and shows in that account’s history. Opportunities are the pipeline view of the same deals you see on an account’s Deals tab.
