AutoPilot Overview

AutoPilot does the morning prep for you. Each run drafts a feed of ready-to-act work across five lanes (an Expand search, a segment, a sequence, a monitor, and an account review) and presents each as a card. You review the card, optionally edit it, and Apply to turn it into the real thing. AutoPilot never acts on its own. Every card is queued for your review, and applying one is always your decision. The Feed

Open AutoPilot in the sidebar. The feed is organized into one column per lane, newest card on top. Each card carries a pillar tag (Power, Expand, Convert, Cultivate) that groups it by intent, and the feed header summarizes what’s queued and how much needs your review.

Why this

Every card expands into a Why this section: a data-grounded explanation of why this action and why now, written from the signals AutoPilot actually saw (open pipeline, export counts, account clusters, a fired monitor event). Below the reasoning is the full detail behind the card: the search objective and match conditions, the sequence steps, the segment thesis, or the per-account brief.

Operator actions

Review and editing happen inside the approve flow. There’s one place to act on each card, not a separate Edit button. Dismiss doesn’t leave a hole. AutoPilot generates a fresh suggestion to replace the card, and because it remembers what you dismissed, it won’t re-propose the same thing.

How AutoPilot Discovers Work

Multi-source Expand

The Expand lane looks for net-new prospects across several sources at once:

• Your saved segments and their ICP definitions
• Your business profile (market opportunities not yet covered by a segment)
• Lookalikes of accounts whose sequences earned a genuine reply
• Known-competitor signals
• Live monitor events: a fresh signal becomes a prospect search

Every proposal is deduped against your CRM and your past searches, so AutoPilot surfaces only prospects you don’t already have.

The segment → Expand → sequence chain

The lanes are linked. A sequence card is drafted strictly from the prospects a recent Expand search surfaced. AutoPilot never invents a sequence out of thin air. Expand searches, in turn, are built off your segments. Deleting a segment cascades cleanly to the searches and sequences downstream of it.

Signal-driven monitors

The Monitor lane reads a fired signal (from your own monitors, your business profile, or external news and web activity) and drafts the outreach response for your review. It can also propose a brand-new monitor to set up. AutoPilot drafts the response; it never sends it.

Account review

The Account Review card names the top accounts to act on, each with a one-line brief (open pipeline, deal count, latest stage), ranked by value and recency. Repeated runs walk down your book rather than re-surfacing the same account.

Per-Rep Digests

AutoPilot personalizes to each rep, using the role, title, and line of business captured during onboarding. In a multi-rep org, each rep sees their own feed.

• Filter by rep: switch the feed to any rep with the dropdown.
• Run now for one rep: generate a fresh feed for the rep selected in the dropdown.
• Run now for all reps: with All reps selected, generate for every rep in one batch; the feed refreshes as each completes.

Run Now

Run now drafts a fresh set of cards on demand instead of waiting for the daily run. The run-options popover next to the button lets you tune each run:

• Drafts per lane: choose how many cards each lane generates (0–10). Set a lane to 0 to skip it entirely.
• Max matches per Expand draft: how many prospects an applied Expand search should return.

Generation runs all lanes in parallel, and a fresh draft backfills each card the moment you apply it.

Guardrails

AutoPilot is built to assist, never to act unsupervised.

• Never auto-send: a Monitor draft is a draft; a Sequence card opens the enroll flow; nothing leaves your org without you applying it.
• Volume caps: per-run and per-day limits keep the feed and your prospect spend from running away.
• Audit log: every operator action (apply, bulk approve, dismiss, edit, pause, assign, follow-up) is recorded.

Reviewing in Bulk

Status chips at the top of the feed filter to All, Needs review, Approved, Dismissed, or Follow-ups. When a lane is full of good cards, Approve all clears the column in one step (with a confirmation).
