How It Works
1. Lead Capture
During AI agent conversations, contact information is automatically extracted:- Name: First and last name
- Email: Email address
- Phone: Phone number
- Company: Organization name
- Custom Fields: Project details, requirements, etc.
2. Lead Enrichment
Captured leads are automatically enriched with additional contact and company data:- Title: Job title
- Company Details: Size, industry, revenue
- Contact Info: Direct phone, LinkedIn
- Company Insights: Technologies, funding
3. ICP Scoring
AI scores leads against your Ideal Customer Profile:- Fit Score: How well they match your ICP
- Intent Signals: Buying indicators from conversation
- Engagement: Quality of interaction
4. CRM Sync
Qualified leads are automatically synced to your CRM with contacts, companies, and conversation notes.Lead Sources
Leads can come from multiple channels:| Source | Description |
|---|---|
| Inbound Calls | Callers to voice agents |
| Outbound Campaigns | Campaign conversations |
| Chat Widget | Website chat interactions |
| Workflow Squads | Multi-agent flows |
Custom Fields
Add columns of any type — text, number, date, single-select, multi-select — from the column picker. Custom fields become available in:- The Leads table (filterable and sortable)
- The Lead drawer (editable inline)
- The Filter Builder for advanced multi-condition queries
- Audience Segments for targeting broadcasts
Session-Scoped Custom Columns
Custom columns belong to the import session that created them, with a cap of 10 custom columns per session. This keeps each import’s domain-specific fields scoped to that batch instead of polluting the global table.| View | Behavior |
|---|---|
Per-session view (/leads/session/<id>) | Full read/write access to that session’s custom columns |
| All Leads | Shows the union of every session’s columns, read-only |
Editable Session Names
Hover the session title at the top of a session view and click the pencil icon to rename it. Helpful for distinguishing imports like “Q2 NorCal manufacturers” from “Apr 18 trade-show list.”Duplicate Detection
When a new lead’s domain matches one already in your workspace, the second lead is flagged with theneeds_review status. Open the Duplicate Review dialog to choose:
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| Keep Separate | Treats both leads as distinct |
| Merge | Folds the new lead into the existing one, preserving custom fields, tags, and contacts |
| Delete | Removes the duplicate |
Lead Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| New | Just captured, pending enrichment |
| Enriched | Additional contact and company data appended |
| Scored | ICP score calculated |
| Qualified | Meets threshold, ready for sales |
| Synced | Pushed to CRM |
| Disqualified | Does not meet criteria |
