Demand
The email workspace. Connect your inboxes, read and reply with AI-drafted responses, turn RFQs into quotes, and see email analytics, all in one place.
Channels
The AI email agent behind your inbox. Set how it drafts, when it replies on its own, when it escalates to a human, and how it learns your style.
Workflows
Autonomous flows that classify and route incoming email, and drive systems that have no API, like building a quote in an ERP portal.
How the pieces work together
- Mail arrives in a connected inbox (Demand).
- A Workflow classifies it and routes it to the right place: a specific agent, a person, or a quoting flow.
- The AI email agent (Channels) drafts a reply grounded in the thread, your knowledge base, and past emails, or, for a quote request, drafts the quote itself.
- You review and send from Demand, or from your Home feed. Nothing goes out without you unless you’ve deliberately turned on auto-reply.
Where you’ll spend your time
Most people live in two places: their Home feed (the short list of what needs attention today) and the Demand workspace (the full inbox when they want to browse or search). Channels and Workflows are the setup layer you configure once and revisit occasionally.Next steps
