Contacts is the directory of every person in your workspace, everyone attached to a lead or an account, in one place. When you want to find a person rather than a company, start here. Open Contacts in the sidebar.

What you can do

  • Browse everyone: every contact across all your leads and accounts, in a single sticky, scrollable table.
  • Search and filter: by name, email, title, company, or location.
  • See the relationship: which account or lead each person belongs to, and who’s the primary contact there.
  • Open the full record: click any contact to open their drawer, with inline edit, enrichment, and their email history.
  • Pick your columns: resizable, sortable columns and a column picker, matching the Leads experience.

Contact details

Click a contact to open the Contact Drawer: The company name in the header is clickable. It jumps to the company’s full record.

Where contacts come from

Contacts arrive with the leads and accounts they belong to: from imports, enrichment (which discovers decision-makers), manual entry, and inbound email. You don’t manage a separate contacts list; this page is a lens across all of them.

Putting contacts to work

  • Enroll into a sequence: send a contact, or a batch of them, straight into outreach.
  • Enrich: fill in a missing title, direct phone, or LinkedIn.
  • Connect LinkedIn: where a contact has a LinkedIn profile, you can act on it from the table.
