Follow-Up watches the threads you’ve sent and drafts a nudge when one needs a bump. You pick which kinds of threads it watches; anything under that umbrella gets a follow-up written in your voice, ready for you to send. Find it under Tactics → Follow-Up.

When it runs

Follow-Up sweeps your sent mail every hour. A thread is nudged when it reaches one of the steps in your cadence, for example 3, 7 and 14 days after your last email with no reply. The moment a reply lands, that thread stands down. Press Run now to sweep immediately. Your inbox must be connected.

Categories

Cadence

Each category has its own row of day pills. Pick the steps you want: Follow-Up sends one nudge per step, then leaves the thread alone. The help line reads it back for you, such as Nudges at 3d, 7d, 14d after the last email you sent or, for post-win, after the win reply.

Who to nudge

  • Skip colleagues (on by default) never nudges someone inside your own company. It reveals Your company’s domains, a list built from your connected inbox and your email history that you can add to or trim. This list is shared by everyone in your workspace.
  • Only these domains limits Follow-Up to certain companies. Leave it empty to follow up with everyone.
  • Never these domains excludes people at those companies, even if listed above.

What you get

Nothing is sent on its own, and nothing appears in your mailbox until you ask for it. Each nudge is drafted and listed under Activity as, for example, an open quote at nudge 2. Open the row to read Why this nudge and the Drafted follow-up, edit it in place, and choose:
  • Send to send it from your connected inbox right away.
  • Stage to put it in your Drafts folder on the original thread, to send later from your mailbox.
  • Dismiss, stop nudging this thread to leave that thread alone for good.
