Deal Spotter scans inbound email for buying signals, extracts the deal details, and logs each one to the Spotted Deals feed, so a real opportunity never dies in an unread thread. Find it under Tactics → Deal Spotter.

When it runs

Every time an email arrives in your connected inbox. Press Scan recent mail to re-read your most recent messages from the last 30 days. Your inbox must be connected.

Settings

One setting, under Deal criteria: What counts as a deal for you. Describe it in your own words, for example “RFQs and reorders for steel coil and plate. Quantities over 10 tons. Skip one-off retail inquiries.” Leave it blank to catch any buying signal: RFQs, quote requests, reorders and price inquiries.

What you get

The Activity tab is the Spotted Deals feed. Each deal is a card with the account (or sender), the product, a summary, and badges for quantity, estimated value and urgency. Save keeps the real ones; Dismiss hides the noise. Deals also appear in your Morning Brief under Spotted deals. Deal Spotter surfaces and logs. It sends nothing and drafts nothing. To turn a spotted RFQ into a quote, see Quote Runner.
