Account Watch emails you, after each weekday account review, the accounts that need you, and says which drafts are already waiting in your mailbox. It gathers every account that came back with something for you to do, not just the top few. Find it under Tactics → Account Watch.

When it runs

Account Watch has no clock of its own. It runs the moment your workspace’s daily account review finishes, on the days that review runs. Press Send my briefing now to get today’s briefing immediately. It works without a connected inbox. Two things keep it quiet on purpose:
  • On a day the account review does not run, or runs without routing anything to you, nothing arrives.
  • If a manager hands the whole day’s board out to the team, Account Watch stands down. Their email telling you which actions they assigned you is already your notification.

Settings

One setting, under Delivery: Send to, your login email or your connected inbox address. The mailbox your drafts are in is usually the right answer. It falls back to your login email if your inbox disconnects.

What you get

One email from your assistant’s address with a card for each account routed to you. Every card says plainly where its draft is: already in your Drafts folder, still waiting in Emanate, or needs your inbox connected first. The email is one you can reply to; ask a question and your assistant answers in the same thread. Under Activity, each day appears as, for example, Briefed you on 6 account actions, No accounts needed you, or Stood down, your org signs the board off together. Quiet days are logged too, so you can always see why nothing arrived. Open a row to read the email exactly as it was sent. Account Watch is informational. It writes nothing to your mailbox; the drafts it points at were written by the account agent.
