Per Account Agent keeps the account agent’s emails together. Every draft it writes you lands in one folder inside Drafts and carries your tag, instead of sitting loose among your own half-written mail. Find it under Tactics → Per Account Agent. This tactic changes where the account agent’s drafts are put, not whether they are written. Turn it off and the drafts go back to landing in Drafts itself, untagged.

When it runs

Whenever the account agent writes you a draft. The folder is created the first time there is a draft to put in it, so a mailbox with nothing waiting looks unchanged until the next run. Nothing already in your mailbox is moved. Your inbox must be connected.
This one needs an Outlook mailbox. Gmail keeps Drafts as a system label, which cannot hold a folder inside it. On Gmail your account drafts still arrive; they stay in Drafts, and the settings below change nothing.
