Each lead can have multiple contacts (people associated with the same company), with one designated as the primary point of contact. Contacts mirror the experience on accounts — the same drawer, fields, and enrichment behavior — minus the deals tab, which is account-only.Documentation Index

Provide the contact’s first name, last name, email, phone, title, and optionally a LinkedIn URL.
Contact Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| First Name / Last Name | Contact’s name |
| Work email address | |
| Phone | Direct phone number |
| Mobile | Direct mobile number (populated by enrichment) |
| Title | Job title or role |
| Department | Function (Sales, Engineering, Operations, etc.) |

| Primary | Whether this is the main point of contact |
Primary Contact
Mark one contact as the Primary Contact for the lead. The primary contact appears on the lead overview and is used as the default recipient for emails, sequences, and proposals. When enrichment discovers additional decision-makers, they are added as secondary contacts rather than overwriting an existing primary. Phone-only primaries created during import are preserved so the slot is held until you confirm a replacement.
Contact Enrichment
Enrich a contact’s profile with additional data from external sources. Enrichment can surface:- Full job title and department
- LinkedIn profile
- Direct mobile number
- Additional contact details
Opening a Contact
Every contact in the drawer’s People section is clickable — both the primary contact and all related contacts. Clicking opens the Contact Drawer where you can:- Inline-edit any field (name, email, phone, title, department, LinkedIn, notes)
- Run Contact Enrich on that specific person
- Resolve or dismiss enrichment discrepancies
- Delete the contact
Find Decision Makers
The drawer’s Decision Makers section searches the company’s domain for additional contacts you don’t yet have:Optional: filter by title
Enter a job title (e.g. “VP Sales”, “Procurement”) to narrow the search. Leave blank to search every role at the company.
Lead Drawer
Opening a lead from the table shows a side drawer with a Details tab split into two sub-tabs:| Sub-tab | Contents |
|---|---|
| Company | Basic info, custom fields, attachments, firmographic enrichment, and metadata |
| Intelligence | Why This Lead, Why Now, Priority Action, plus the AI fit score, grade, and heat indicator |
Attachments
Upload files (proposals, signed agreements, decks, reference materials) directly to a lead. Attachments support upload, download, and delete and live alongside the company info on the Company sub-tab — mirroring the attachments experience on accounts.Per-Lead AI Auto-Response
The Interactions tab on a contact drawer surfaces every email thread with the lead across your connected inboxes — and lets you override the AI agent that handles auto-replies for this specific lead. Open Interactions → AI Auto-Response to:- Pick a different agent than the inbox default (or None to fall back to the inbox setting)
- Switch between Auto-draft (AI prepares a reply for review) and Auto-reply (AI sends without confirmation)
- Toggle whether the agent uses inbox history and the Knowledge Base for that lead
