Each account can have multiple contacts (people at the company), with one designated as the primary point of contact. Contacts mirror the experience on leads — same drawer, same fields, same enrichment behavior.

Adding a Contact

1

Open Account

Navigate to the account and open the Contacts tab in the drawer.
2

Click Add Contact

Click the Add Contact button.
3

Enter Details

Provide the contact’s first name, last name, email, phone, title, and optionally a LinkedIn URL.
4

Save

Click Add to create the contact.

Primary Contact

Mark one contact as the Primary Contact for the account. The primary contact appears on the account overview and is used as the default recipient for proposals and communications.
When enrichment discovers additional decision-makers, they are added as secondary contacts rather than overwriting an existing primary. Phone-only primaries created during import are preserved so the slot is held until you confirm a replacement.

Contact Enrichment

Enrich a contact’s profile with additional data from external sources. Enrichment can surface:
  • Full job title and department
  • LinkedIn profile
  • Direct mobile number
  • Additional contact details
Click the Enrich action on any contact to trigger enrichment. See Account Enrichment for the full pipeline.

Opening a Contact

Click any contact in the drawer’s People section to open the Contact Drawer, where you can:
  • Inline-edit any field (name, email, phone, title, department, LinkedIn, notes)
  • Run Contact Enrich on that specific person
  • Resolve or dismiss enrichment discrepancies
  • Remove the contact from the account — the contact is detached but not deleted from your workspace
  • Delete the contact
Edits persist immediately and refresh the table view.
Contacts without a photo now show initials instead of a generic avatar — both in the contacts list and across the rest of the app — so contacts are easier to scan at a glance.

Bulk-Enroll into a Sequence

Working through a list of decision-makers and want to put them all into the same outreach? The contacts list on the account drawer supports multi-select:
1

Switch on selection mode

Hover any contact row to reveal the checkbox, or click the Select button at the top of the People section.
2

Select contacts

Tick the contacts you want to enroll. Select all picks every contact on the account.
3

Click Add to Sequence

The bulk-action bar at the top of the section shows the selection count and an Add to Sequence button.
4

Pick a sequence

Choose any active sequence. Each selected contact is enrolled at step 1.
Contacts that are already enrolled in the chosen sequence are skipped automatically — re-enrolling the same person doesn’t restart their cadence or create duplicate touches.

Find Decision Makers

The drawer’s Decision Makers section searches the company’s domain for additional contacts you don’t yet have:
1

Open Decision Makers

In the account drawer, scroll to the Decision Makers section.
2

Optional: filter by title

Enter a job title (e.g. “VP Sales”, “Procurement”) to narrow the search. Leave blank to search every role at the company.
3

Click Search

Up to 100 results return, ordered from most senior to most junior.
4

Add a contact

Click the + on any result to attach them to the account.
Search works even if the account only has a company name — the system resolves the canonical domain automatically before searching.

Account Drawer

Opening an account from the table shows a side drawer with a Details tab split into two sub-tabs:
Sub-tabContents
CompanyBasic info, custom fields, attachments, firmographic enrichment, and metadata
IntelligenceWhy This Account, Why Now, Priority Action, plus the AI fit score, grade, and heat indicator

Attachments

Upload files (proposals, signed agreements, decks, reference materials) directly to an account. Attachments support upload, download, and delete and live alongside the company info on the Company sub-tab — mirroring the attachments experience on leads.

Per-Account AI Auto-Response

The Interactions tab on a contact drawer surfaces every email thread with that contact across all your connected inboxes — and lets you override the AI agent that handles auto-replies for this specific account. Open InteractionsAI Auto-Response to:
  • Pick a different agent than the inbox default (or None to fall back to the inbox setting)
  • Switch between Auto-draft (AI prepares a reply for review) and Auto-reply (AI sends without confirmation)
  • Toggle whether the agent uses inbox history and the Knowledge Base for that account
Useful when a strategic account needs a specialized agent — for example, a procurement-savvy agent on a key customer while the rest of the inbox uses your default support agent. Account-level overrides apply to every thread with the account’s contacts. To override at a finer grain, set a thread-level override from the email thread itself. See Inboxes — Per-Record AI Overrides for the full precedence rules.
