CRM
Connect HubSpot or Salesforce to sync accounts, contacts, and deals.
CSM
Connect OneDrive, Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, or Box so assistants can read the folders you share.

Connecting an integration
1
Open the tab
Go to Integrations and pick the category: Email, Oracle, Accounting, CRM, CSM, or Communication.
2
Authorize or configure
Connect via secure sign-in (for CRM, accounting, and CSM) or by entering and testing a connection (for ERP).
3
Confirm it's healthy
Each connection shows a status so you can see at a glance whether it’s working. For CSM, also choose which
folders assistants may read.
Connection status
What each unlocks
- Email powers everything in Demand and your Home feed.
- Oracle (ERP) turns on Quotes. RFQs flow into your ERP as quotes.
- Accounting brings order and financial history onto your accounts.
- CRM keeps accounts and contacts in step with HubSpot or Salesforce, and everything synced becomes queryable in Intelligence.
- CSM lets assistants read live files from OneDrive, Drive, and more after you grant folders.
- Communication posts a daily digest of your team’s replies, accepted connections, and out-of-office notices into Microsoft Teams.
