Your personal assistant
Turning on Tactics gives you a personal AI assistant with its own email address (something likealex-morgan@hq.emanate.ai). That address is where your Morning Brief, digests, and follow-up drafts come from, and
it’s how the assistant delivers work back to you.
The assistant also learns your writing style. When it drafts something and you edit before sending, it notes what
you changed, so its next draft sounds a little more like you.
Tactics draft and deliver, but they don’t send outbound mail on their own. Follow-ups and check-ins arrive as drafts
for you to approve. You’re always the one who hits send.

Auto-Inbox
Sorts your incoming email into smart labels (“To respond,” “Follow-up needed,” “FYI”) so your inbox organizes itself, and optionally drafts replies to the mail that needs one.- Runs when new mail arrives.
- You control the label names, whether it drafts replies, and which mail it should skip.
- Delivers tidy labeled folders in Gmail/Outlook, plus any drafts staged in your mailbox for review.
Deal Spotter
Reads inbound email for buying signals and logs them as spotted deals (with the product, quantity, an estimated value, and how urgent it looks) so a real opportunity never dies in an unread thread.- Runs when new mail arrives.
- You control what counts as a deal for your business.
- Delivers a Spotted Deals feed on the Tactics page, each entry linked back to the email it came from.
Morning Brief
Emails you a five-minute rundown to start the day: your urgent threads, anything on topics you’re watching, deals Deal Spotter found, and recent account movement.- Runs every morning, at a time and timezone you set.
- You control the send time and which sections to include, and you can add topics to ignore so noise stays out.
- Delivers a single email from your assistant. You can also trigger one on demand with Send now.
Email Digest
Rolls up the low-priority mail (newsletters, order-status updates, notifications) from the last day into one tidy digest, so it’s out of your main inbox but still there when you want it.- Runs every evening, at a time you set.
- You control which categories to bundle (e.g. inventory updates, newsletters) and topics to ignore.
- Delivers a single digest email from your assistant.
Follow-Up
Watches the threads you’ve already sent and drafts a nudge when one goes quiet: an unanswered RFQ, a proposal that’s gone silent, or a check-in after a deal closes.- Runs on a regular sweep of your sent mail.
- You control which patterns to watch and how long to wait before nudging (for example, draft a reminder at 3 days, again at 7, again at 14).
- Delivers a follow-up drafted in your voice, staged for you to approve and send.
Stay-in-Touch
Finds the contacts you haven’t spoken to in a while and drafts warm check-in emails, so good relationships don’t quietly go cold.- Runs on a cadence you choose: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.
- You control the frequency, the send time, and which contacts or domains to skip.
- Delivers a batch of check-in drafts you can send in one click or edit first.
