# Autopilot Mode

> Have Emanate start sequences daily on your behalf from your scored account list

**Autopilot** is a feature within **Demand Hub** that automates sequence starting so you do not have to manually kick off sequences every day. It is designed for steady-state outreach (set your preferences once and let Emanate handle the rest) rather than one-time bulk sends.

## How Autopilot Works

    Turn on Autopilot for one or more sequence templates from the Demand Hub.

    Choose how many new sequences Emanate should start per week on your behalf.

    Add an optional safety net so Autopilot does not run indefinitely.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review queued contacts">
    Autopilot generates a batch of suggested sequences each day. You can review what is queued before anything sends.

Autopilot selects contacts based on your **scored account list** and respects your daily send limits. It is the recommended approach for your core "engage buyer" sequence running in the background.

## When Autopilot Runs Out of Contacts

If the sequence template you have enabled for Autopilot runs out of eligible contacts, **Autopilot will pause with no warning in the current version**.

  Check the Demand Hub periodically to verify Autopilot is still running. If the **Review Upcoming** section is empty and no sequences are going out, you likely need to add more contacts to the template.

## Autopilot vs. Manual

| Approach              | Best For                                                           | How It Works                                                                |

| **Autopilot**         | Ongoing outreach with a large TAM and a default sequence template. | Emanate automatically starts sequences daily from your scored contact list. |
| **Manual (Bulk Add)** | Targeted campaigns, conference follow-ups, or specific lists.      | You select contacts, assign a template, and start sequences yourself.       |

Most Emanate customers use a **combination of both**: Autopilot for their core "engage buyer" sequence running in the background, and manual bulk adds for targeted campaigns or event-driven outreach.
