# Observe

> See what's working: ask your data questions, review every conversation, and track performance

**Observe** is how you keep an eye on the whole engine. Ask questions of your data in plain English, review the full
history of your conversations, see your book on a map, and track performance on dashboards.

## Which one do I use?

* **Have a specific question?** ("Which accounts have open pipeline but no reply in 30 days?") → [Intelligence](/intelligence/overview).
* **Want the at-a-glance picture?** ("How did we do this week?") → [Metrics](/metrics/overview).
* **Need to see one conversation?** ("What exactly did we send that customer?") → [Logs](/logs/overview).
* **Thinking about territory or travel?** → [Map](/map/overview).

All four read from the same underlying data, so the numbers reconcile across them.
